Schedule

In this Guided Reading unit, students will be expected to keep up with the rigorous reading schedule, even when absent. It is crucial that students complete their Reader Response work on time. Wednesdays will be dedicated to individually going over the students' work, while other students read independently, and start the RRJ work if done.

In general, the following routine will be followed:
Mondays: Oral reading in class, to be finished at home; plus RRJ work due Tue
Tuesdays: Oral reading and discussion in class; no HW
Wednesdays: Independent reading in class, to be finished at home; RRJ HW due Thu
Thursdays: Oral reading and discussion in class, to be finished at home
